About Coaching
Coaching is not about pushing people beyond their comfort zone but about extending it.
What is Coaching?

Coaching is a tool which gets you from where you are to where you want to be. It enables you to live by conscious choice rather than by habits, other people's expectations or limiting beliefs.
Although there is an enormous potential in each of us, all too often we sabotage ourselves with doubts, lack of confidence, worries, and comparison with others. Subconscious automatic thought patterns give us deceptive reasons to stay where we are rather than pursuing our aims and aspirations.
Coaching offers a safe, non-judgemental and client-focused space which can reveal blind spots, hidden assumptions and new solutions, and encourages you to explore novel thought patterns, adopt more effective behaviours and carry out sound plans which will lead to success. Coaching enhances clarity to define the desired outcome, pinpoint realistic options, gain access to the necessary skills and resources, move beyond current limitations, and increase and maintain high motivation to map out and stick to the plan. It also offers support if unforeseen challenges turn up and the plan of action needs to be adjusted, or if you need a boost to strengthen your confidence, motivation, commitment or simply stickability.
Even most successful people benefit from breaking old habits and exploring new avenues. Employing a professional coach means engaging professional assistance to facilitate conscious change and to regain control over your professional and private life.
How does Coaching Work?

There is increasing research stating that our brains keep developing throughout our lifetime and that characteristics such as intelligence, talent and confidence are not fixed at birth. Indeed, each of these can be learned and improved. This enables you to improve any area of your life be it work, health, career, work-life balance, relationships or even life purpose and direction.

Using several techniques based on cognitive, behavioural and neuroscientist research, as a coach I tap into your potential and unlock and activate hidden skills, resources and strengths, thereby effecting positive change and growth.

Being client-centred, I do not attempt to replace your experience with my own views or dictate an action plan which has worked in the past for others. Instead, I assist you to discover a feasible plan that will work for you personally.
My Aim as a Coach

The aim of my coaching is to identify a clear path from where you are to where you want to be which is:
Effective
It leads to the desired results.
Efficient
It optimizes your energy and time expenditure.
Sustainable
It can be followed until the goal is achieved.
Joyful
Most importantly: the new plan is fun to follow!
