Your investment depends very much on your goals, how quickly you want to create the changes you wish for, and how much time you can dedicate to do the work between sessions. All programmes are custom tailored to the individual, but here are some samples:

The fee for a one-off coaching session is £150.

The investment for a three-month Coaching Programme which includes six sessions is £800.
